“Anti-aging” Tips for People Staying Up all Night

Staying up all night is almost synonymous with aging and it will cause the same situations as the elderly: the constant fatigue, decreased immune system and lack of energy. The skin may become rough. Furthermore, cold, gastrointestinal infections, allergies and other autonomic nervous system disorders may often come to disturb you. It is a very bad thing to have a 60-year-old’s body when you are at your thirties. In order to prevent staying up all night from becoming the chief culprit in premature aging, food conditioning become critical. When you are at work overnight, your body and brain will consume more energy. Therefore, attention should be paid to the choice of your food.

A. Refuse beverages with caffeine

Although caffeine helps to refresh you, it will consume the vitamin B, which is relevant with your nerve system and muscle coordination. People lacking vitamin B would have been easier to be tired, so it is more likely to form a vicious circle. In addition, drinking caffeine beverages when you are hungry at night will cause irritation of gastrointestinal mucosa, resulting in abdominal pain.

B. Strict control of sweets

It is forbidden to eat sweets when you stay up all night. Although the high-calorie sugar can excite you to some extent, it will consume vitamin B and cause negative effects, moreover, sugar tends to lead to obesity.

C. Refuse junk food

Many people who stay up all night would prepare some instant noodles, potato chips and other junk food. When hungry, they will eat them to get rid of hunger. However, such food can not be easily digested, thus increasing the burden on the digestive tract. Eating too much junk food may not only cause indigestion, but also increase blood lipids, which is harmful to your health. Although a lot of instant noodles are not deep-fried now, they will, more or less, have a little edible oil. If placed for a long time, the oil will be air-oxidized and decomposed, producing toxic aldehydes peroxide. Eating it will bring you unexpected problems such as dizziness, headache, fever, vomiting and diarrhea poisoning.

D. Refuse greasy and cold foods

In order not to be hungry when staying up all night working, many people will choose some greasy food, while some people will give themselves cold drinks. However, the greasy food can not be digested easily, leading to gastrointestinal disease or acute pancreatitis. Cold food has a strong stimulating effect on the gastrointestinal mucosa, easily causing diarrhea or digestive diseases.
