* At 6:30 a.m, the body begins to lack water after a night sleep. Drinking 250 milliliter after getting up can help renal and hepatic detoxification.

* Drinking water on an empty stomach, water will circulate from digestive tract directly, and be absorbed by the body;
* Can put and accept. Working people always give up drinking because of fearing to go to the bathroom. If this trend continues, bladder and kidneys will be damaged, and it will lead to backache.
