The Research Prove Excessive Exercise is bad for Women

Life is movement. Approprite exercise could help remain your body shapes and also be good to your health. However, according to a study in Norway showed excessive exercise ould cause physical burnout and influenced the female fertility. Researchers in Norway University of Science survyed 3000 femals to know their frequency, length and strength of exercise. Ten years later, they surveyed their condition of giving birth to children. Taking many kinds of factor, like age, weight, marital status and smoking, into consideration comprehensively. The researchers found that the possibility of emerging breeding problems of women who have taken excessive fitness is three times as big as that of women who have taken moderate fitness.

Under 30 years old,25% of female who do the most exercise had no "compliment"in the first year to try to pregnant. And Norwegian national average only 7% of pregnant women failed attempts in the first year. The researchers said over fitness makes a greater impact for young women.

The study principal who named Xili Sierra Lara Gudmundur Sdottir said that there are two types of women are hard to pregnant. One is the kind of women that almost do exercise everyday, the other is the kind of women who would not stop doing sports until they were worn out. Among them, women who have them both take the highest risk of infertility. Gudmundur Sdottir said that exessive exercises which may lead to consumption of energy is the main reason for inability of pregnancy.

"Most of the women surveyed gave birth to a child at last. Some of them who had done excessive exercise mostly had more children 10 years later." said Gudmundur Sdottir. For the reason that this research could not know that whether these women changed their exercising intensity and whether their hormone condition improved with time passing by. Thus the study also can not determine whether over fitness fertility would cause permanent injury.

"We believe that excessive exercise or no action would have a negative impact on fertility, but moderate exercise will bring much benefit," said Sdottier. So she suggested women who want to have baby should avoid extreme degree. Lower strength and exercise appropriate exercise can help keeping fit and healthy. Keeping good figure and fit does help to female fertility, and so do male. Prior studies show that if the man is obese or overweight, it will affect female fertility too.

Australian researchers investigate 305 pairs of couples who have fertility problems and found 80% of men are obese or overweight. A male scientist who is one of the researchers, Hasan-Backus said that if high BMI would not affect women's chances of pregnancy. "But in the fourth day or the fifth day of embryo cell producing, the father's genes begin to play its role," At this point, if the father has a higher BMI, the embryos will be subject to greater oxidative stress.

Doctor Backus said, "It is obvious that if wanting a healthy baby, the women's keeping of good living habit is not enough." So it is necessary that both males and females to maintain their good health so as to deliver the aim to give birth to children.
